Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AI House Exterior Design (the "App") handles information when you use its iOS photo-based exterior design, image-generation, editing, and subscription features. The App's developer is listed on the App Store as 蓉 张 ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy applies to the App and this privacy-policy webpage; separate web products may have their own policies.

1. Information we process

• Photos and design content. Photos you choose or take, edited or composited images you submit, selected styles and design instructions, generation settings, and the resulting images. Photos may contain personal information, such as people, a home address, or a vehicle registration plate; avoid including information that is not needed for your design.
• Generation and installation information. Task identifiers and status, a randomly generated installation identifier stored by the App, device region settings used in that identifier, and information needed to associate requests with results. This installation identifier is not a registered user account or your precise GPS location.
• Purchases and usage. Subscription product and transaction information, Apple purchase receipts or entitlement information made available to the App, subscription validity, and generation-usage information used to determine access and available free uses.
• Technical information. Requests include technical information such as the App's Unity runtime version, platform, and system language. Online services handling requests may also receive IP addresses, request timestamps, request headers, error information, and other technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
• Support messages. If you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information.

2. How information is used

We use information to provide the design or image-processing operation you request, return and display results, maintain local design history, enable saving and sharing, verify subscription access and available uses, respond to support requests, and protect and troubleshoot the service.

The App does not require you to register a separate App account for its core design features. Your Apple account is managed by Apple; we do not receive your Apple account password or full payment-card number.

3. Online processing and service providers

AI processing is not performed entirely on your device. Our Cloudflare-hosted interfaces route generation requests and deliver results. Cloudflare provides hosting, network delivery, and related infrastructure services.

The image you submit and the necessary design settings are forwarded to the image-generation server connected to our interfaces, where your requested design is processed. Hosting and network infrastructure providers may handle this information as part of providing those services. We do not upload your entire photo library.

No model training. We do not use the photos you submit to train or fine-tune AI models. Your submitted photos are processed to provide the design or image-processing operation you request.

Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions. The App uses Unity's in-app purchasing integration to receive purchase and entitlement information; it does not include your Apple purchase receipt in its image-generation requests. These services handle information under their applicable privacy notices, including Apple's Privacy Policy, Cloudflare's Privacy Policy, and Unity's Privacy Policy.

When you choose to share a design through another app or service, that destination receives the content you share and handles it under its own privacy policy. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or when necessary to protect rights and the security of the service.

4. Storage, retention, and deletion

On your device. The App stores recent design history, images, drafts, settings, usage information, and subscription state in its local storage. The current history implementation keeps a limited number of recent designs and replaces older entries as new ones are saved. Saved DIY versions can be removed using the available Delete action. Removing a saved version does not necessarily remove other copies of the same image.

Deleting the App removes its local app data from that device, subject to any operating-system backups or restored copies. Photos you save to your photo library, files you export, and copies you share are separate; you manage those in Photos, Files, or the destination service. Offloading an app is not the same as deleting its data.

Uploaded photos: one-hour retention limit. Photos you submit for online processing, including edited or composited photos, are retained on our processing servers for no more than one hour and are automatically deleted. This server-side deletion does not delete your original photo, the App's local history, or copies you save or share.

Other records. The one-hour limit applies to submitted photos, not to Apple transaction records, support correspondence, or non-image operational and security records. Those records may be retained separately for subscription administration, support, security, or applicable legal requirements. Generated designs are returned to the App for viewing and local storage; the online generation service is not a permanent photo-backup service. Contact us with questions about a particular record or to request deletion of information we control.

Deletion requests. You can contact us at support@housesdesign.org to request access to or deletion of personal information we control. Include enough information to identify the relevant request, such as its approximate date and task identifier if available. Do not send another copy of a sensitive photo unless it is necessary to handle the request. We may need to verify the request, and legal or security obligations may limit what can be deleted. Deleting local history or uninstalling the App does not itself send a server-deletion request or cancel an Apple subscription.

5. Permissions and your choices

• Camera and photos. The App requests the permissions needed for the photo feature you choose, such as taking a photo, selecting an existing photo, or adding a result to Photos. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.
• Notifications. If you allow notifications, the App can schedule local reminders on your device. You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings.
• AI processing. You can choose not to submit photos for online processing. Review images before submitting them and use only content you have permission to process.
• Subscriptions. You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple account's subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel it.
• Privacy requests. Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to make a request or ask a privacy question. Where applicable, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

6. Cookies and local storage

The native App uses local app storage for features such as settings, recent designs, usage counts, and subscription state; it does not rely on browser cookies for an App account login. This privacy-policy webpage contains no advertising or analytics scripts added by us. Its hosting infrastructure may process technical request information needed to serve and protect the page.

7. Security and international processing

The App's configured online generation and result endpoints use HTTPS. No storage system or network transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information and contact us if you believe information associated with the App has been exposed.

Cloud and network services may process information in countries other than the country where you live. The applicable locations and retention practices depend on the processing services described in this policy.

8. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13. Please do not submit personal information about children when it is not necessary for a design. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address the issue.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App or its data practices. We will update the date above when we do. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before introducing a materially different use of personal information.
